I’ve spent over three decades in the tech world - building teams, leading change and navigating pressure from every direction. I’ve led inside AWS, IBM and scale-ups where expectations were sky-high, but the space to think clearly was limited.

I’ve been the only woman in the room. The one making the tough calls. The one watching big decisions stall - not for lack of ideas, but because no one would name what was really going on.

That’s where my coaching began. In the realisation that strategy’s not enough if behaviour’s getting in the way.

Today, I coach founders, senior leaders and corporate teams through the shifts that actually move things forward - cutting through control habits, second-guessing and the pressure behaviours that quietly stall progress.

I hold dual Level 5 coaching qualifications (including CMI) and advise high-growth businesses as a board member and company director. But more than that, I bring sharp behavioural insight, real-world experience, and honest challenge into rooms where it counts.
